Yes! If you'd like to book multiple services for the same property we ask that you book it in the same transaction. After you select your first service there is an option to select ADD SERVICES before selecting continue.

If you have 2 or more properties, we recommend to book them in separate transactions.

We understand that life happens and weather is unpredictable. We offer a full refund on cancellation if cancelled in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we unfortunately do not offer a refund.

Absolutely! You can reschedule as soon as 3 hours before the scheduled appointment.

The answer is no, but also yes. We allocate a 2 hour time block for any unexpected issues that may arise. A home with 35 photos can take as little as 30 minutes, or as long as 2 hours. To make the appointment go faster, we recommend having all lights on and blinds open in advance. Any cleaning that needs to be done should also be completed before the appointment time if you'd like a speedy service.

Absolutely! We have done multiple commercial listings and are willing to sign an NDA if necessary.

This happens more often than you may think. A lot of properties located near the airport don't allow us to fly our drone. So, if drone flying is not permitted, we have a different solution! We attach a camera to a 30 foot pole and that allows us to capture some aerial shots.

We do not charge mileage if your listing is located in GJ, Fruita, or Palisade. But, if your listing is located more than 15 miles outside of Grand Junction. (Mesa, Loma, Montrose and beyond) Then we charge the Colorado state rate of 60 cents per mile round trip. Please let us know before booking if your property is located outside of the valley!

Included in the purchase of photos/videos is the right to use the media for marketing purposes and listing purposes. We still own the final copyright. If you have any questions about this, please reach out and we'd be glad to explain further.

You will receive all photo listings back the next business day. If the property is on a Friday and you need it back by Saturday, please let us know.

All Video services are a 3 business day turnaround. If you need a faster turnaround time, please let us know.
