We met at 18 while serving in the U.S. Navy in Pensacola, Florida. Six months later, we were married. We didn’t know where life would take us, but we knew we wanted to go together.

02 / Hawaii → Oklahoma · 2014–2019
Three years in Hawaii included two nine-month deployments for Aaron. Later, we spent two years in Oklahoma City, saving every penny we could for a very different kind of adventure.
03 / The world, in two backpacks · 2019–2021
We sold our belongings and set off to travel full time. Everything we needed fit into two backpacks. More than 30 countries and almost all 50 states later, we’re still happiest exploring together.
04 / Grand Junction · 2021
When COVID interrupted our travels, we found an Airbnb for three months. A desire to go skiing brought us to Grand Junction in January 2021. The mountains, beer, people, and lifestyle made us stay.

Allyson has been editing for 15 years. Aaron picked up his first camera in 2018. While we traveled, our YouTube channel became a place to share the adventures we were living.
When we bought our home in Grand Junction, we went headfirst into our videography business. The places changed, but our favorite thing stayed the same: creating stories together.

Our faith in Jesus is a huge part of our life and the love we continue to grow together. We’re part of a Christian church here in Grand Junction, and that faith shapes the way we live, love, and care for the people we work with.
